Assemblies of God Theological Seminary

Assemblies of God Theological Seminary

The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS) is a leading Pentecostal seminary specializing in practical application of ministry. Our students learn from Pentecostal scholars who are also practitioners with experience working in a variety of contexts. We are passionate about training leaders for Kingdom service and would love to be part of your journey

AGTS is the embedded seminary of Evangel University and holds dual accreditation through the Higher Learning Commission and the Association of Theological Schools. We are the national seminary of the Assemblies of God (AG) and strategically located near the AG National Leadership and Resource Center in Springfield, Missouri.

AGTS seminary degrees are affordable and accessible, with many programs available fully online. The tuition for all master’s degrees was recently reduced by more than 50% thanks to generous donors. Programs are now available for only $250 per credit hour after scholarships and grants.

In addition to a wide array of master’s programs, AGTS has one of the largest doctoral programs among peer seminaries, with over 200 students currently pursuing doctoral degrees in theology, ministry, and missiology. We are also a key contributor of chaplains for the U.S. military, hospitals, and other organizations, with 105 alumni currently serving as U.S. military chaplains.
